I really think I've had enough of you taking shots at me and being a wise ass...I'm calling you out, one year...you better get back to serious training because I promise you I will eat, sleep and live arm wrestling for the next year. I'm even quitting gym, nothing but arm wrestling training. One year.

I accept Bilal.

First thing tommorow, i discontinue my gym membership. Then I take money saved and I buy me a shovel, pic and a hydronic jack. I ll work 9 hrs/day 335 days (+ mandatory overtime) through exteme heat & moderate dehydration. Hell I might be 205 by then.

Right on guys! I can't wait for this battle. I'm sure they'll be lots of betting going on for this match-up. I'm thinking that Chris has his left arm in mind for the match-up. Could I be wrong here?

Just work, table time and wrist/hand training...I'm going to transform in a year.
