As far as Paddy's day is concerned, start your day at 9 am, hammered by 12, in bed by 7 or 8. Good to go the next day. At least that's my plan.

We're having a St. Paddy's day party at 10 pm lol...I'm going to stick to smirnoff ice and heinekens if im going to make it for the full 24 hours drinkathon

oh man i was done...i kept drinking till 6 am and i still feel hungover after more than 24 hrs...this shit is brutal...havent had a night like this in 6 ys

the guys who have bin showing up will be good and ready for mgc we have had great pulling u sure know when mark and rob show up two very big strong guys put the old man in his place then me and dave spank him right dave time to start healing

it's asome Al my rt is ready to pull today not even stiff, I think one more workout with Georgy on thurs. is in order , it felt good to spank him in the hook, he was a little more humble driving home, LOL

Dude last time I pulled Menno he felt stronger then Braden Riehl & I think Braden's ranked like 5th in Ontario right hand. Don't think it's gonna be a cake walk bro. But stay confident....
