Is there anyway you can hold the old rankings along with the new? Nice to see how they changed and compare with how you were in past. Just a thought.

How does Aslan Albegoves not make the list? Do you have to pull a few tournaments first? The guy gave me whiplash so as far as I'm concerned he can have my spot.

I left him off for now because I wasn't sure if he is living in Ontario or just visiting. If he is in fact staying in Ontario, then I certainly agree he should be ranked. Aslan actually competed for Russia at the Worlds in Kelowna, placing 13th in the left 70kg class and 12th in the right.

The 242's are very tough. Hasan is improving - bigtime. Eric is stronger than ever. Anatoly is 214lbs now. And, Earl said he intends on pulling at 242lbs in 2009.
I am training hard for Provincials and Nationals.

Also, I want to see JJ(Jeremy Johnston) pull AA (Aslan Albagov).
Maybe they will pull at the Quinte Championships in the 0-165 class - Feb. 21st - Belleville.

I am training hard for Provincials and Nationals. Hmm.. with that new information I cant say that I'm as confident but I will stick by it. After feeling Hasan last time I feel he has a very solid chance of beating Eric or Joe right now. I think Hasan (stylistically) matches up very well with Anatoly and should beat him too. Earl... hmm. now that is a different animal.

In reviewing results from the past year, I realized that I had mistakenly excluded Daniel "Beef" Goyette. He competed last summer and won his class. His ranking is also based on my knowledge of his skill level from the past several years.

I think it's great that we have rankings to the top twenty now.
Good on James "the Roadwarrior"Courville for achieving a top 20 ranking. Maybe he will participate in the Provincials masters class.
Congratulations to Joanne Langlois for taking over the #1 rank in open womens left.

Beef is pretty tough. I would like to see him pull Buff or Tiny.
