So I called Rick and he was not home, I was not surprised do to the time of day. I spoke to a female, who didn't give her name, and she said they were not having arm wrestling at the National Fit show. I left my number so rick could give me more info, but looks like we need to set another date. If we did right and left how many match's could we get away with? Best out of 3 maybe. I beat you 4 times and then I could win the tournament to.

OLD MAN!!!!!!!!!!! Already with the insults. The problem I am having is, there are so many ways to beat you I can't pick just one. Maybe I will beat you a different way every time. Then you can go back and watch the video to learn something.

Well you can try hook but if I remember correctly you couldnt beat me that way, I know how to move around your flop and your top role is alright.... You give me a go in practice but on the big stage things are different . I'm not an armature. I'm cool under pressure and I can spot mistakes very quickly and make you pay for it. I'm telling you Donny, make sure your ready because this isn't like hitting a local tourney with a bunch of newbies. This is going to be the hardest arm wrestling match you have been involved in. By the time your done our matches you'll be sweating more then you do in a three hour practice

Ok I am yankin the chain on Donny a bit here... Don is NOT gonna cut that kinda weight that fast, or maybe ever. I know Don wants his revenge against you Joel, but I told him that it is crazy and he shouldn't do it. I told him i would make him take his shoes off all the time, and not yell anymore in practice, and he would have to talk respectfully to people if this match was going to happen, SOOOOooo not at that weight...

Joel, if you guys want to pull, Donny can't cut. You know you get nothing but love from us up here as the high hookers feel a good 75 % of your sucsses is cause of the time you spent in the green machine, 20% from the beard, 4% genetics, and we argue about the last 1.

I am being told by two people I respect a lot, Devon and my wife, that I can't cut that much weight and remain healthy. My wife also said she didn't want to listen to me tell her how hungry I was for a month. The problem is at 200 it's a no win for me. I beat you and I beat a guy 50 pounds less. I lose and that's even worse. Then at prac people kept throwing this Bilal name around. Not sure why. He doesn't know me and wouldn't have a chance. At least you would win one. I guess all I can say is EAT Joel EAT. Oh and Bilal, don't even think about it.
