This is a question for Chris, Hugh, and Marc. Do you guys consider yourselves to be a team, such as the Ottawa High Hookers and the Belleville Armwrestling Club? If so, do you have a name? Is it just Team Montreal? Who would you consider to be part of the team? I know there's the three of you and Marcel. Do you consider David, Heintje, Sylvain, or any others to be part of your team?

This has come up before, and we did contemplate being called the Southern Quebec Armwrestling Team because we're not all from Montreal. Chris, Hugh, Marcel and myself practice in Montreal, but the other guys are about 2-3 hours east of here, and they don't always practice with us. In essence, they themselves are their own team, and us Montreal guys are our own team. Montreal does have a practice on Monday, so maybe we'll come with something then. However, if we do come up with something, could we be considered a team in the OAA events? p.s. - Jerry, next time you come up, we'll all go out for the BEST poutine in Montreal. To be an officially recognized OAA team you would all need to become OAA members ($20 each for the year). This way you could compete in the various points races. However, I must add that the Ontario Provincial Championships is a closed event, and only open to Ontario residents.

John here - on Jerry's account.
Suggestion
come up with a team name - like High Hookers. We are not all from the same town or even area but we all believe in the same type of thing. It's (for me) kind of like a mindset. Kinda deep I know but for me thats what it is. We are all team mates with the same drive and dedication for success.
