Joey? What complaint from me? Remember you titled this thread "Joes Question"? That's because it is a question - still unanswered....
Again, are you confident, with you're CURRENT level of support, that the OAA will have good participation for the 2013 season?
No complaint, just a question.
You resign, the position will be filled in less than 24 hours. I know at least 5 people willing, skilled enough and with enough support through out the province to succeed.

Joe the answer to your question is at the top of the thread.
I'm not interested in the 5 people that will fill the position of President, just the one that will step forward and I will make arrangements to hand it over to them.
That person should have at least 2 people that will assist them in making the changes that the members want.
I will make arrangements for the financials to be transferred and the website.
The person who takes on the role of President will only sit in that chair until a proper election is held.
Do you want to be President Joe?

I just want assurance that you feel confident that you're going to do a good job. You are making enemies with some folks, and that isn't going to help any.
If you think you're going to do a good job, I wish you the best. If you don't think you can, I think you should step down.
I don't want to see a scenario where you run things into the ground and then try to pass the blame.
Honestly, I wish you the best, but I do think it will be a challenge for you because you seem to have lost some support.
And really, I don't believe you answered my question. You tip tied around it. I was very specific.

Joey - What is this about? We've discussed this just a few days ago and you know I am prepared to step back in as President, and you also know I have Joe and Dave willing to join the Executive right away should you and the others decide to step down. What's up?
