Begining of August i will have a Re-match with a very fired up John Brzenk, and left hand Ferit Usmanov.
High Hookers- i need you guys to pull me and push me. this will be harder than the last one.
Anybody from outside the club who wants to come and train, do not hesitate to come up and pull with us. I need all i can handle the next while!!!

You might want to take like a 4 to 5 week vacation and just stay in Richmond.
I could imagine like 4 hour practices between you two with about a 10 pound water weight loss each.
