The program so far:
11.30-1 pm - registration and weigh ins
1 pm - Supermatch 1 - Allan Aubin-Stephan Straub left 3 out of 5 - Ontario rankings supermatch
.........we can host one more supermatch, otherwise will go with just the one.
- amature right and left (did not plan on the left, but A LOT of interest, so had the medals done up kind of last minute; the right arm medals ARE AWESOME!)
- regular OAA tournament (sanctioned) - glass trophies (everyone who saw them loved them! even made me wanna pull...but in a six-day a week training routine for the worlds...may be not a good idea...)
- rolling thunder contest: $5.00 to enter, will start at around 180-200lb, $50.00 to the winner.
We will have ice bags and qualified medical practicioner available to the competitors as well.
I will be there as of 11 am, don't hesitate to give me a call should you have troubles finding the location within the mall.
I AM LOOKING FOR A LOT Of SUPPORT!

I'm not sure what you are asking about the rankings?
The two guys are ranked 12th and 11th, they are going to pull at my event and see who is better...It's up to Eric to consider the supermatch for the rankings or not...

What I meant was sometimes it takes more than a matchup to change rankings. There has been times when a 12th ranked puller has been challenged by a 17th spot (example) and call it a rankings match.
Say for instance the 17th spot puller wins, does that mean that he is higher than the 12th ranked puller? Eric takes many factors into mind when considering the rankings, not a simple A vs. B for rankings scenario.
It's all I meant.

You are doing very well Eric; just keep that motivation and train hard. Armwrestling is one of those soprts where the quantity eventially does turn into a quality. I'm sure you will have a good day on Saturday regardless.

Actually Eric our team knows you are good!!! Your tenasity and fire, are admirable. You gave Joel a fit left hand. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. Thats what makes us keep fighting. I have the utmost respect for Teasewater. They are not afraid of anyone.
Part of the reason I have stayed away from the challenge matches is that armwrestling is a craft as much as a strength sport. I am not a big stron dude, therefore I have to better learn the craft. It truly is a 5 year apprenticeship to become a journeyman. Then you strive for your masters. Don't be in such a rush. Most guys you see and want to destroy, have been doing it for a long time.
