Nice idea Grippler, we'll put a pin in it, haha.
I am continuing to work the bugs out of the Arm Melter. There will be changes.
Here are some details I can give for now...
Arm Melter 6 is scheduled for October 3rd. Full details will be released by the week's end!
Shawn Jean Louis and Daylan Thomas have agreed to a supermatch, at Arm Melter 6, that will give the winner #1 contender status, and a Championship match at the upcoming Eastern Ontario Championships.
How does someone get a shot at the belt?
Participate and do well at the Arm Melter. I have a set of Arm Melter rankings, but they are not for public viewing at this point.

By training I meant table time....of which I get none except at tournaments so it's not bullsh*t, not an excuse for when I lose, just a fact and something I'm working on. Anyway, enough talk, get ready for October, see you there champ! Remember, no power lifting the week before the event, we want to see you there this time.  |

Hey Joe just wondering if you could make it either Sept. 26 or Oct.10 since Im working on the weekend of Oct. 3rd. If so then I will definitly be there with maybe a couple of my boys. Thanks in advance,

I am sure most if not all Havoc and Thunder will not be there October 3rd, there are local fights that night, few locals as well as big Dave Linton fighting.
