There will be no 9th man. I have taken into consideration the competitors stamina and that is why I am having the women do the best out of 5 every couple of rounds.
I am getting kind of tired of hearing you Ian. When both Baarbe and myself feel that we have no right to be in this competition then what makes you feel you do. Every man in this round robin has won multiple national titles. Five of the men have multiple world titles. Give these men the respect that they deserve and strive to be better instead of trying to talk your way in.
In fact, now that I am thinking of it didn't you post a video awhile back telling everyone how a couple of tough matches ruined your arm for the rest of the tournament. Yet you still think that you have the experience and the ability you go seven at this level.
Just keep spouting off about all the people you beat in practice and enjoy being the training table champion that you love being.

ian i posted that because it is my opinion...joes proven himself many times now as a canadian champ and you havent. and the reason that i havent cranked you over the table is because you out weigh me by 150 pounds and the only reason why people may not be able to go with you at practice is because no one is even close to your weight..and the only person who is is cam and he hasnt even been in it for a year yet. i poseted that because last two times i saw you pull people your weight in practice other then devon was mike gould and he handled you easly and sylvain perron at the arm melter after the tourney was over and he handled you easly...the fact that you constently need to tell everyone the your that good should tell you somthing...if mark thought you were that good he would have invited you..i want to see this match i think it would be a good warm up for joe....

I think the line-up that Mark has put together is awesome! In terms of Ontario pullers, I would have liked to see how Garvin Lewis and the Grippler would have fared in this mix, as I feel they both have the ability to get some wins. But regardless, this list is impressive!

Where did you get the idea of old and new? These where the guys I wanted.
I think you should talk to some of the guys on that list about what I was talking to them about. Having a separate heavyweight round robin with newer guys. I talked to them about it at Al's tournament. So I thought about that concept anyways. I was also thinking of offering them money as well.
I didn't want you in the 8 men that I invited because I didn't think you were at that level yet. Someday you may be.
As for me knocking you off anything. No thanks. I have no interest. Even though it might be good to see you win a challenge match at least once in your life.

Dave what the hell are you talking about? Don Underwood is awesome and beat Mike G and Tim B as well last year. Anyway LOL I always take matches where Im the underdog i strive to test myself against the best! I could care less what people think of my win loos record in super matches as I always go big or go home!!!
Now that being said if Jeff, Jacob, wants a shot at me then it would be hypocritical of me to deny them.
And Jeff good on you for beating Christian Bernard you are correct
he did beat me !

Grippler if it makes you feel any better I didn't get invited to compete in this either. the difference is i can accept the fact that i'm not at that level. I'm not saying your not a real strong puller, but you're resume isn't quite as impressive as the other pullers. I would like to see you and Jacob 3 out of 5

The Grippler would crush Jacob, then Tiny, then Tony one right after the other.
Ian, I would love to see you compete at that tourney, but it's Mark's tourney. Therefore, it's his decision on which pullers he wants to have in it.
Ian , maybe the Mike Gould Classic will be your time to shine and show people where you're at.
