Shawn will be looking to be the first two time winner of the belt, while John looks to be the first to successfully defend the belt twice.
Their first battle was very close, and they are both stronger since then.

Shawn and Daylan's supermatch was for the next shot at the overall belt - Nov. 28th, Eastern Ontario Championships - Kingston - details to be released soon.
By winning the overall at Arm Melter 6, Allen Ford is guaranteed the next chance after that, which will be at Arm Melter 7 - date still being worked on.
John has mandatory title defences, the next, at the Eastern Ontario's, and then if he should win, at Arm Melter 7.
In the meantime, John can accept challenges. Here's the fine print on this one though. His challenger must have competed in the Arm Melter, the match up must be at an AW event, and the champion (currently, John) and Arm Melter director (me) must approve.
That rule follows for all Arm Melter Championship belt holders.
So, here's your options Matt (and anyone else), #1, offer John a sweet enough deal so that he accepts a non mandatory title defence, or #2, win the overall at Arm Melter 7.

I have taken this thread for a bit of a detour.
Anyway, a couple things.
I have posted John Milne will defend the overall title, that's the way it looks right now, it could be SJL though if he dethrones John in November.
Daylan is confirmed to challenge Matt Goldfarb in the heavies, putting the Promise in the spotlight once again.
Notice, Allen Ford defending one belt and challenging for another.
I am working on confirming these match ups currently.

It seems like there's many people wanting to take me on.
You're looking very strong Matt and I'd enjoy a match with you sometime. It could take some time however, as the lineup is getting quite long.
I've gotta figure out how to send a truck load of Doritos to SJL's house first.
