I haven't been interested in arm wrestling for very long, but I've noticed there isn't much representation in the Hamilton (or most of the Golden Horseshoe for that matter) area. All the the bending clubs appear to be in Eastern Ontario.
Am I missing something, or are there any Southern Ontario clubs I'm not aware of?

Normally Ranging between 10-15 when we practice at the Bar. A good range in skill levels also. There's a couple new guys, a couple guys and gals who know what they're doing & a couple immovable arms.

We practice every other Tuesday night at the Loaded Dog in Scarborough. Normally people start showing up 7:30-8. There will be a practice this coming Tuesday.

Scarlem? :s
That's an hour and a half drive from Hamilton. I guess I'll have to spearhead the Hamilton bending scene. LOL

Last I heard Rick Heidelbrecht was in the area?? Also get a hold of Jeff King. Not very active on the pulling scene anymore but he is one hell of a strong dude and im sure he'd love to have you tug on his arm for bit. Lots of awesome toys to play with too!!!

But definately agree with you, Hamilton and South to Niagara is an unutilized gem in Ontario that needs building. Keepit up dude it takes years to build up a solid team. Keep grinding and throw a couple amature tournies to get the word out. I'm sure you'll find a bunch a tough dudes who twist iron for a living.

Cool, thanks! Tyler mentioned them; I'll have to look them up.
And you're right ... I'll have to nurture the scene myself (I just have to get good at arm wrestling first LOL).
