Tonight! The BAC has an extra large, extra osome, guest joining us, one of my true bro's in the sport!!!!
I won't say who, but it should be osomely obvious!!

Good times! Thanks for coming down Ian! That was fun to hang out, and, a very good practice! I'm sore to the core!
On this day, fresh to fresh, Ian was ahead of my right, but I was able to give him a good work out, and, I felt great left handed!
Unfortunately, Penney and Grippler never crossed paths. They missed each other by just a few minutes.
Back to the BAC for a minute...
That is going to be our last Thursday night practice for a while. Starting FRIDAY January 8th I will be hosting practice at my home. It will be in the evening, but the time is not set yet.
If you are looking to train over the hollidays, give me a call.
