Thursday May 28th - BAC @ the Wahoo
Joe Gould Jeff Penney Matt Goldfarb Tony Brooks
We had two new guys out tonight too. One guy was about 6'2, 240lbs - and solid - but the interesting thing is - just two years ago he was 490lbs! He showed us a pic of the before(his weightloss). We were pretty impressed. Hopefully both new guys come back out.
This was a harder practice than I was expecting - thanks to Jeff - he makes me work.
By the way; Good on ya Goldfarb for winning two classes at Trudeau Park. Good luck to Mike Gould and son at the Harley Pull.

By the way... I watched Tony's Trudeau Park video and was surprised to see former Picton Armwrestling Club member and Canadian lightweight champion, Nic Conley competing. Nic actually got one win over Matt's left, but Matt beat Nic in the finals - duct taped together(their version of straps). Also, Dan "Beef" Goyette is the heavyweight champ for something like 7 years running. Again good on "the Farb" for winning two divisions - dominately.
