train as hard as you can because hes on fire there was no one there in the 178s could tuch him Tyler robinson slowed him on the left but only a little other than that Cam clark stoped him on the rirght and i think mat goldfarb did to but NO ONE in the 176s can touch the swampthing

Their Brockville supermatch in 2008 was awesome. Heintje lost the first two and then came back to win three straight.

That was a War! Other times as well Heintje lost the first match to Shea in a tour and had to come bk, make adjustments and beat the stronger armed Shea. I would just love to see one of these guys overcome Anthony D and win the MGC in march!
