Should be an exciting event.
Scott MacInnis from ARMSPORTVIDEOS.COM will be there taping and "Live Streaming",
The East Coast Baller of INTHEHOOK.COM will be in the house.
Great food great entertainment. Should be a blast. New tonight Ralphie and Randy Bayers are making the hike all the way from the east coast to attend. Some great National level entries. Shaping up to be a major event again. I am soooo stoked for this. Prizes are off the hook again this year with more additions. Even to specialty awards. Should be hopefully a major to kick start the year.
Then on to the Arm Melter 10, then the Western Ontarios in Port Elgin. I am going to need a nap before the Mike Gould Classic. So sick and I will have to train somewhere in there. Oh well, screw sleep, I will get it when I die!!!!!

This tournament is fast approaching!
Last year Guy put together a great tournament. This year looks like it will be even better.
If you want to be part of a first class arm wrestling tournament, do not miss this event!
For anyone not familiar with the Ralphie and Randy. Twins, strong as hell. One of them has consecutive silvers at Nationals, and a win over Mark MacPhail I believe. It will be fun to have them in Ontario to pull. Two of the best young pullers in Canada.

To those with children who will be coming to the event. My incredible wife is pulling some items together to have some colouring books, playdo and crap at a back table to help keep them occupied. Not suggesting you bring them to a bar, but if they are with you they might as well have something to do.
Also have some great prizes to go with the 50/50 which I believe this year is going to Big Brothers and Sisters, an organization both Cindy and I as well as Jacob and his wife Jocelyn are getting involved in.

Guy, our Brockville Ribfest event is a Big Brothers event. Maybe we can do something. I'm not sure what yet but just keep it in mind
