How tough do think you are? Are you in shape? Think you can do any workout?
If you are looking for an amazing total body workout jump on the Jacobs Ladder and burn 5 minutes off, believe me think 5 minutes is nothing try it! I used the ladder for the first time today and I could not push it passed 4 minutes and that was pushin it after the first 30 seconds your whole body starts feeling it. Everybody should get to a gym and try it right away believe me it is not a workout you have ever done.

Just to get fit and strong and well to be honest take over the world I am always looking into new workouts and fitness routines for my cardio days tried the machine and liked it just looking for some feedback on likes or dislikes of the machine. I have got some great knowledge and experience over the years on the table now more then ever I just need to tie my over all fitness with my knowledge and table time together and I will be a very happy puller.
