Hey Bilal, Thunder roller and heavy holds followed by grippers on top of what your doing will help alot. This can be done easily 3x a week. Hand rist and forarms need to be trained very hard and frequent. Remember you use them all the time so you need to go well above the norm.

Can you please elaborate on "thunder roller?" Also, technically, can I do these exercises every other day without going into overtraining mode?

The thunder roller has the big rotating handle. Big Rick has one im sure. As far as frequency you have to feel that out yourself, 3x a week im sure is plenty but see how you feel. im sure 2x some weeks and as much as 4 others.
