Although the Ottawa High Hookers were the top point-earning team at the the first two circuit events of the season, I don't think we'll be able to remain ahead of Teeswater Thunder after this weekend. With the tournament in their backyard, I expect the Thunder to take a good lead in the Team of the Year race.
I expect Shea Dickie and Bill Cameron to take the top spots in the Puller of the Year race. Joel Goodsell will also be near the top if he attends. Janet Riehle will maintain her lead in the Female Puller of the Year race, with Laura Cook right behind.
Western Ontario will increase its lead for Ontario's Strongest Region.
Are any other teams looking to make gains in the Team of the Year race?
