just wondering, what are the best exercises at the gym to strengthen the wrist for a stronger top-roll?

Hey Fayez...this is something i;ve been doing lately. If ur gym has a rowing maching with the T handle attatched to a chain try this. set the tension quite high.....cup your hand and wrist and keep locked.....row for as long as u can in this position. It doesnt sound like much but u wouldnt believe the burn u get in your forearms. And hey get a little cardio at the same time. Give it a shot and let me know how it works for u. Good luck.

also if the handle is too small maybe wrap a towel or something around it...ours is quite big so i get a nice wide grip....

i wrap a belt or strap around a dumbell and let the strap hang out over my hand to the outside, keeping my elbow at a 90 degree angle and the lift is just twisting your hand from palm down to palm facing myself... hope u understand what i mean?
