Hey guys,
I got hurt pretty bad, tore my left chest,tore the connective tissue between my left shoulder / left chest...I'm in too much pain. Hence my leave of abscence from training and this forums.
I'll be back when I can lift / pull again. This sport is in my blood now, and I'm not going anywhere.

Sorry to hear that and hope you recover quickly. Give it a couple weeks then focus hard on that right arm. Beter see you back soon.

Thanks guys. I've been out for a little over two weeks. I still don't have full range of motion and the pain has barely subsided.....feel like a p$%*
