Sylvain weighed in at 220. He is training hard and is aiming to hit the super show, then Nats. His brother Simon told me he intends to pull 187 at nats.

Virginie Bourgois, is presently quebecs top heavy weight, placed 3rd or 4th at 2005 worlds in japan. She could probably give Janet a good run. She is also a Hook puller!
