just have a couple of questions that hopefully some of you guys can answer for me... thanks
1. is it worth my time to train chest, abs, shoulders? everytime i go to the gym im just so obsessed with doing my arm wrestling training i have no motivation to do bench press or any chest / shoulder workouts anymore. but i definitely would train these areas if i knew they were useful for arm wrestling?
2. i was wondering if anyone knew if drinking beer / liqour prevents muscle growth ? ive been lifting weights for a long time and for a while havent seen any noticable gains... i drink quite a bit on the weekends lol so im kind of wondering maybe the beer is destroying my workouts during the week?
3. when i train, the back of my shoulders always feel like they are out of joint or some kind of discomfort / pain.. anyone else experience this feeling?
Thanks alot.

Yes, it is important to train those muscle groups, as they play a supporting role. Alcohol will not directly impede tissue growth. But remember, when your drinking (above moderation) your probably not focused on proper nutrition. The pain u feel in ur shoulder is probably ur rotater cuff or impingement on the bursa sack(inflammation). It's mearly due to a soft tissue imbalance around the shoulder joint. Google "rotater cuff exercises", "exterior rotation exercises" and/or "shoulder impingement". These exercises done light and often will aid ur discomfort.
