Cash Tournament in Chénéville, QC - July 3rd

There will be a small cash tournament in Chénéville, Québec on Sunday, July 3rd. This is a small town about 1 hour 20 minutes northeast of Ottawa. The tournament is part of a town festival, which will also include strongman displays.

Rick Blanchard is running the tournament. Not all details have been confirmed, but I do know some things:

The weight classes will be 0-154 lbs, 155-176 lbs, 177-198 lbs, 199-220 lbs, and 221+ lbs (both left and right). There will be two women's right hand classes -- 0-143 lbs, and 144+ lbs. There will be cash prizes for the top three in all classes.

The confirmed cash prizes for the men's classes are $100 for first, $75 for second, and $25 for third. The women's cash prizes have not yet been determined. There is a five entry minimum per class for the cash to be paid out.

The entry fee is $15 per class.

As more details are finalized, I will post them.
