Ian is awesome and a good sh*t. Look out!! Everyone who thinks they are strong should come out to the bench press comp Ian is involved in, in Durham September 17. Guys like Allen Ford that can rip you a new ass on the table and I don't know where the f it comes from?? Ford....what can you bench huh?  ? Ya you punk!!!!!!! |

hay Jay i think i benched 100 lbs once thats only ten pounds less then you right lol. so are you guy goin to come out and show us how its done or are we going to have to come and find you guys ?
