In September, Allen won his third consecutive Canadian Nationals title in the 85 kg right arm class, while taking second in the left 85 kg.

At Joe Gould's Arm Melter 12 event, Allen won the men's Heavyweight right hand belt with a supermatch win 3-0 against Guy Windover. He also went on to win the men's right 187-220 class, the men's right 221 + class, the men's left 221 + class, and took 3rd in the men's left 187-220 class.
