Are any top 198 pullers thinking of jumping into the 242 lb round robin in Kingston? I'd love to see pullers like Brian Tamblyn and Allen Ford mix things up the way I know they can. I personally can't wait to take part in this.

Eric, just my point of view here...
I think the 242 round robin should just be the guys who normally compete at this weight class as their normal weight.
A round robin will help figure out rankings as to who's the top of the 242 rankings, not who the best armwrestler is at any weight.

I think the round robin can both establish 242 rankings as well as see who the top pullers are (any weight). Some of the past round robins Joe and I have offered didn't limit who could participate. In one of his open class round robins from a few years ago, the majority of competitors were under 200 lbs. I just think if a puller weighs 242 or less, he should be able to compete and try to win the cash.
If I was able to get commitments from all of the top 10 ranked 242 guys, then I would possibly close the event to just these competitors. However, it looks as though many of the top 242 pullers won't be there, so the round robin may be more interesting if there are more competitors.
