3. "running fouls" play continues regardless of puller gaining an elbow foul fouled puller must pin or his opponent to gain a restart. if during the pull the opponent of fouled puller gains a foul then a restart pull will happen with both pullers haveing 1 foul each.
two fouls during one pull "without restart" on same individual reults in a lose
