How should i mix arm wrestling workouts in the gym, in with my regular weight training routine. For example if i were to do :
monday - chest, shoulders
wednesday- back biceps
Friday - legs, abs
When and how should i fit arm wrestling specific exercises into this routine?

My best suggestion is to always think armwrestling. When you go to the gym, every single exercise you do has to relate to your positioning on the table. Get bodybuilding out of your head and strictly think armwrestling if you want to get far in this sport. Good luck and train hard.
