Thanks Chris I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. That should keep me in humour for a week at least.

All that year i was in so much pain that i have to quit lifting weights and just pulling every week after a year of armwrestling i start lifting weights again and i was capable of doing both if you train the smart way
Just keep pulling eventualy you will be better .. SAludos

look guys, don´t missunderstand me, I've been always a fighter and I'm used to get what I want( being realistic of course). I belong to the generation that get almost everything as easy as possible or for free. but I'm not that way . when I was 14, I wanted to own my car so I started working, any of my friends or relatives thought i would buy it, i I did it after 6 months, when I started my career in the university , I had to had 2 jobs, any of my friends or relatives thought i would finish, I did't, I bought my house when I was 23, I had also a good job in mexico , I had to left everything due to personal problems, learn english as much as i could in 3 months and ask for refugee in your beautiful country , and I'm here now starting almost from zero at 27 years old , and guess what? I'm not afraid. people have to do it every time. so, am I going to quit armwrestling?, never , I just was drunk, armwrestling is something that i love and i know that is just matter of time to get better and I'll do it. I think I'm the kind of guy who see the glass of water half full and wants to filled it up if neccesary, and also the other way around. gracias john milne and everybody for your words and opinions , I'm glad to be part of this board.
