Ya I wish John!!! Nah it was his left. Jeff I wasn't at the last Arm Melter although I'm still kickin' myself in the ass for not going. I think you mean at the Golden Horseshoe where it was an intentional slip foul on Joel's behalf. But I'm coming for you, you little #@$%'er!!!!! (fist pumps the screen) lol just jokes Joel. I actually study Joel on a regular basis via internet video as he has one of the best rotations I've seen of any weight class. I believe I have the tools and my strength continues to gain. I am slowly feeling everything come together and am starting to get a lot more fluent in my pulls. Thanks a ton for your nomination Jeff. I must thank you, Al and of course my wife for getting me to the point I am at right now. I also have a HUGE appreciation and must give a big thank you to Mike Haigh for pin pointing my weaknesses and showing me how to hone in on them. Honestly everytime I see this guy I learn something new.

Sorry Tyler, I've gotta vote for Jay on this one, Although Tyler is getting way better than he ever was(he just does'nt top roll) I never had an easy time with him, always winning some and losing some. You would have had to have seen and pulled Jay his first time out to a teeswater thunder practice to see why we think he is so deserving of this award. And tiny I have loved watching you evolve in this sport aswell, I don't remember if you have recieved or been nominated for this award.
