For the record, Dan never weighed in heavier than 165lbs. Last time you faced him Shea he was at that weight. If you're not happy with your defeats then next time don't pull other weight classes. No excuses. If you don't feel right at the 176lbs class then pull up and see what you can do at the next weight class.

Just to set the record straight, Dan did not win a WAF gold medal. However, he did win two bronze medals -- one in 1996 and one in 1998.
I agree that a Shea/Dan supermatch at this point in time could be incredible.

.. And P.S.. I couldn't care less of your aggression. When you say that Shea lacks the intangibles to be great, like the drive and motivation to train his ass off, I would have thought that you would care about something that would make him do just that.

Gobby, next time you strip a guy of ranking you should get your facts straight!!!!!!!! The only supermatch I have ever lost was to Henje, had it been 2/3 not 3/5 I would be 4 and 0 for supermatches in my profesio :)nal career. If what you mean is that he won 2 matches in the 3/5 your right but I hammered him into the pin pad similar to you when we match up the first 2 matches, then I pulled every class in the tourney before having the next 3 matches. I won the final match leaving me the Victor,

When you say that Shea lacks the intangibles to be great, like the drive and motivation to train his ass off, I would have thought that you would care about something that would make him do just that. Why would I care about his level of motivation?? Both Shea & urself can train to become world champs or quit all together. Either way I don't lose 1 min of sleep. On top of that his comment "I have much aggression to you" can easily be perceived as a threat. And you still have the lack of sense to ask me why I do not want to motivate him.

Shea, hopefully the 187 class will play out in a way that can help clarify the rankings

I have a correction, I just remembered I lost a supermatch to Allen Ford at a Belleville tourney, my record is actually 3 wins of 5, Did I forget any others anyone? I did'nt mean that to be a threat Chris, Im an armwrestler not a fighter.

Not being a smartass Shea but I believe you lost a supermatch to Dan at the Brawl at the Mall in Barrie? I was there and I am sure it was 3-0 for Dan. Sorry if I am old and mistaken.
