For those who maybe wondering, I was at the hospital this morning and spoke with my doctors. The incision is healed up quite nicely, and they are impressed with the amount of mobility in my arm. Got cleared to attept no more than ten pounds of lift with my right arm still zero side pressure,zero rotation, and zero impact. Light workouts only nothing too intense. That's all the info for now back for x-rays next thurs.

Well for those wondering doctors say i am healing faster than expected. Of course the limitations are still in place no more than ten lbs. six weeks will be more x-rays and my follow up to discuss what will be allowed. The implications as they translate to A.W. at this point it's a no go for either hand. Physio is comming along nicely rubber band work has begun.
