I was wondering if anybody could tell me who to contact about training or clubs in Hamilton area.

talk to Jeff King. He used to host practices in hamilton every saturday before i moved to Toronto. I don't know how often he hosts practices right now.

I havent been able to get ahold of anybody via Pm about armwrestling in hamilton area like Jeff King or anybody from golden horseshoe team.
I was wondering if anybody had any contact information about anybody in Hamilton area who armwrestles if they could pm me?
btw I live in Caledonia, a small town south of hamilton.
I do own an armwrestling table and Garage full of weights and am willing to hold some practices at my house.
I could really use the help! thanks.

If your up for the drive, come out to Seaforth this Sunday. They'll be lots of guys to pull on from rookies to world champions. Al's havein' a BBQ & pot luck dinner. Always a great time @ Al's, tons of big toys and challenging equipment to pla with. Well worth the drive!! Check out "Seaforth Practice" under the "Places to Practice" forum. Hope to see you there.

Jay thanks for the invite this weekend. i will not be able to make it out although i wish i could.
Fayez thank you for the information this will be very helpful to me.
Im looking forward to getting as much help as possible.
I would like to come out to one of your practices in the future possibly a sunday this sept.

Hi Tyler,
Got your earlier pm but we've been kind of on a break with work, family commitments and a few injuries healing for all the guys and just life stuff. So didn't want to have you make the trip and no one show up.
We SHOULD be up & going normal again in a couple weeks.
