Ladies and gentlemen,
Due to life, I am making the move out west for work in a month. The past 2 years have been an amazing experience for me, as I made many good friends and I will miss seeing most of you on a monthly basis.
Whether I continue competing or not is still up in the air as I need to prioritize my career first. Perhaps one day down the road I will start training again.
Catch y'all on the flip side!
Dan

Big Dan,
Its been a pleasure to watch you develope into one of the best pullers in your class. And may i say very quickly develope. You have been a great asset to the sport of armwrestling in ontario. Best of luck with your venture to BC. Train hard and see you at nationals next year.

Dan, thank you for making the 242 class so interesting in Ontario over the past year and a half. It's been great fun competing against you, and I feel you involvement has motivated a lot of us who pull this class to train even harder.
I really hope you can continue to pull out west. Few people have the level of natural talent that you have for the sport.

I have to thank you Dan for forcing us to get better. You struck fear in all of us and made us train harder, make adjustments and just get tougher.
You will be missed here. You are a force in armwrestling with potentially a great future in front of you. I hope you stick with it.

Dan I agree with all the above. All lessons are life lessons. And like I told you after your loss to me in brockville "I was really scared of this guy I took this guy real seriously he'll be a the top of the rankings in no time" And a short while later you became a three time National champion. Something that I have yet to achieve even once. Take the loss to John as a blessing in disguise it is a reality check. Devon was on the rise way back in 2006 beating the legend Ron Bath and earlier Tim Bresnan. He went overseas to pull Taras Ivankin. He won the first two matches and then lost the next 4.Devon returned home with an entirely knew perspective on armwrestling that changed him for the better. So after his Loss in 2006 he has gone undefeted. Who knows if that would of been the case had he won?
Good luck in the future Dan take care of yourself.

Thanks everyone! I do hope to stick with the sport, but I do need to prioritize other things first before i touch the table again. Ontario sucks for work and pay. All armwrestlers in ontario should move to BC where its cheaper to live and they pay a hell of a lot more lol
