Hmmmm.....cheaper to live in BC? My cousin just sold his "average" house in suburban Vancouver for $800k - same house would be about $300k in Montreal.
Hugh; Yes, vancouver area is expensive. I am not going to be living anywhere near there haha, Im actually going to be up in the mountains, kamloops/kelowna area.
