I am VERY impressed with John's progress since really getting back into the sport in 2006. He's come a long way since his Best Match of the Day award at the 2006 Pembroke Armwrestling Championships for his match with Rick Kaltt. Don't know who Rick Klatt is? Well I'm sure you know some of the names of the pullers he's beaten since then: Pat Mastrangelo, Brian Tamblyn, Allen Ford, Eric Roussin, Dan Kadlec, Jeff Penney, Paul Maiden, Ryan Clark, Greg Boyes, Bill Logsdon, etc.
John seems to be a master at "willing" himself to win. He's amazing in his ability to set a target for himself (often someone few people think he can beat), and convincing himself that he not only deserves to be on the table with them, but that he can beat them handily. He hasn't won all of his supermatches, but he's always right in the matches. I've got to say I'm envious of this ability.

"puttin fear in the hearts, f up the party - before it even starts!"
Honestly, in supermatch form in particular, but also, in general, John Milne is a world class wrecking machine.

And yes, Ian, you're right,(about what you just said in Mandarin there). Good point. Thanks for the lesson in that language. I can't wait to use it and really impress some, hopefully, Mandarin people.

Ya, impressive performance, see what one training session with me does? ??( now I sound like Al) Bilal, Johns head is extremely square and it is hard to judge his weight and size under the big lights with the odd shadows those square corners cast. He is still a little twirp in my book
