Eastern Ontario Championships

Additional information has been posted in the Upcoming Events section concerning the Eastern Ontario Championships. Joe and I have a lot in store for everyone. The day will kick off with the invitational Arm Melter Nitro Championship Belt Tournament. This will be followed by the regular circuit tournament. Finally, the action will be capped off with the Eastern Ontario Grip Strength Challenge, where competitors with have 2 minutes to try to complete 10 grip feats.
