heal up and come back Fayez.
You're always one of the most pleasant competitors to see at tournaments, wouldn't want to lose you.

I picked up Fayez from Kingston General Hospital and took him to Sunnybrook in Toronto. His humerous is broken at the joint...he's staying overnight for surgery. Hopefully they can fit him in tmrw and not have him wait longer as he's fasting from food before surgery and he's feeling tired / in pain. I'm going back to the hospital tmrw to check up on him and hang out till he's done his surgery. I'll keep you guys posted.

Wishing you a fast recovery. Its always great to see you. I'm proud of all the new pullers who showed up. This sport needs more new blood and the ones I've seen thus far show great potential.

Thanks everyone for your concern. Fayez thanks you all.
He came out of surgery a few hours ago - 3 hour surgery. He was feeling groggy and nauseous and weak. He's resting in the hospital.
The break is in the joint of the elbow and it's not a common break. It's fairly serious, but doc says with physio and taking time off, it should take about a year for him to be back to his original form. He should be able to do very light lifting in 3 months, after the bone heals...Good news is it's a clean break.
I'm going to pick him up when they release him and I'm staying at his place for the first day to make sure all is well.
Again, thanks everyone for your concern.

Update on Fayez:
He has to stay at the hospital for at least another 24 hrs. He cant even keep water down....his hand is still very numb.
