Friday's Practise at The President's Mansion:
of course - The Destroyer Cam "Big Wheele" Clarke Ying and Yang of Destruction Keith "The Ottawa BadBoy" Steffensen James"Doctor Quin" Casey"the mad money spender" me
A very good practise. Great workout. Points of interest: the Ying and Yang of Destruction are making very steady gains, Joanne and Greg still need to sort out who is the ying and who is the yang... a delayed point: i should have mentioned this long ago, but Ivan Clement is back- bigtime. he has not lost and inch, i would say he is probably stronger when he took his vacation from us about 2 years ago. look out 165ers.
in other news : may have a special illumni guest sometime this week "the ASSASIN" is gonna lurk up to ottawa sometime, whenever he does we will accomodate him, as well SUPERSTAR - GRIPPLER has once again shifted the armwrestling center of gravity by returning from Alberta.
Next Practise : Tuesday in the refrigerator 7 30 pm contact me for more details
get some, fk yeah, boo ya

Holy Smokers. Probably one of the craziest practises in a while. Trevor "Hubba Bicep" Smith has returned, healed up and stronger Brandon "Fresh Wrist" had his first practise, along with Sue "@#$ strong" that is one @$# strong lady. "Grippler" Back in the house! The "Hitman" Allen Ford, lightning strong Pat "Blood Bath" had his 2nd practise Dirty Johnny - in his final preps for Armmelter and Jerry "The Garbage Man" showed up from in the hook Ying and Yang of destruction were both there pulling strong and technical, accopannied by the 2 minions of arm cripplerization (quite fine artists) The Destroyer was Trainning hard when he wasn't being hassled by phone calls "Hitmachine" Gazzetto was doing mad damage. stronger than ever. ready for worlds. Cam "Big Wheele" Clarke improving every practise Don "Snake Attack" Smith, with reletless attacks. Ivan "Collosus Hands" Clement, deadly and me appologies if i did not mention you, it was a packed house
Points of interest: THe Return of Grippler and Trevor Smith Sue (who came with Trevor) is crazy crazy strong. Tamara, look out!! Niccola is retarded fast and strong right now. i think he will do very well at worlds.
Next Practise : Friday- Destroyer has set up a trainning session at a new Martial Arts club i believe around 7:30pm more info to follow, see you there
!!! wicked and sweet !!!

I am bigtime fkn exhausted. i am so tired i am not going to even do the roll call. there were many hardcore armwrestlers there.
we practised at Team Bushido... a martial arts club, a very good one.
many of us decided to fight alot, i am really really whiped.
points of interest. a few long absent members did show : Assasin Monfils, "The never ending fire" Hugh Brodie, and Jason the Phoenix were all back, bigtime.
Next practise tuesday at my place 730pm refrigerator session for those not going to armmelter. it will be my last one for a few weeks.

I forgot to mention, perhaps a subtle highlight of the night. It is believed that the GRIPPLER may actually be grasping the concept of tactical patience. a scary thought.

Well, I would just like to play around a little with him! Does he know submissions well? Maybe if he works me over, he can take on Dave Linton? I am giving up a pound or 2. Or Dave and Devon?. This could be fun We would come up for it to your club, beat your asses on the mat, then armwrestle. That would be cool 8-)Do you have a chinese buffet around there too? Sorry.......uh ,we don't want to get too skinny after all that exercise

Hold The Press Iam down to about 260 now. Grippler would definetly out way me. But Iam never one to back down. If you want to set it up Iam all for it. "Sounds Like Fun" Now I noticed that John said that he believes "The Grippler would destroy everyone except Larratt!!!!!!!". He also said that he would be willing to "take that to the bank!". How far of a walk are you willing to take to that bank?
