About two weeks ago, I had a bad fall, slipped on engine oil and almost cracked my head open. To avoid doing that, I had to do a mini spin and try to fall on my hands...anyways long story short, I have a ruptured tendon around my elbow (left arm) and it's been really challenging to properly move my arm. I just took it out of the sling a few days ago.
I cannot workout or arm wrestle for a while which in my world means half my life is gone.
How do you guys stay motivated in times like this? I'm having a really hard time with this. My motivation is ZERO. I have lost weight and considerable size as I'm on a meal a day. I come home from work and go to bed after taking pain killers...don't feel like doing anything really.
Any advice on how to get my ass back up and get over this?

Injuries can be really hard to get over, and sometimes the mental aspect is more of a challenge than the physical obstacle. I would suggest going to practice and tournaments even if you cannot pull, surrounding yourself with others who are actively participating, this can prove to be a big motivator. Get well.
