Are you in favour of allowing "elbow bumps" whereby if a person's elbow lifts vertically off the pad without gaining an advantage. If the elbow comes off in the winning or losing position it is still a foul.

I don't think this is a good idea. Because right now if it is up the call is easy to see. But how hard will it be for the ref to make a split second call on is it to high or not to high, did he gain an advantage or not, is it in the center or off to one side

This will turn into subjective mayhem..... a foul is a foul. Unless WAF decides to go this way i think it should be left alone.

This one is tough... I hate seeing great matches stop because of insignificant "elbow foul" calls... However, Chantel has a good point: a lot will be left up to referee's subjective discretion...
I think the benefit of increased spectator-value may outweigh the problem with determining what is an "elbow bump" and what is a foul...
I would say "yes" to the change.
