Two men that I have known for over 20 years where competing against you and I thought they needed a reminder. You are improving though. Keep up the good work.
One thing I was very impressed with was the way that Gerald armwrestled on Saturday. I am very proud of you Buff. You should be very proud of yourself. Good Job!!!

Good tourny Mark, had fun, good job reffing Tamara and Rick. Look out for Julie Dickert  She has loads of power! Her first sanctioned tournament right arm and she had enough to take out Chantel! Wow! Little Dave Linton pulled off a win over Mike Bosse in the straps! Grrrr! He is getting stronger!! :)Buff pulled awesome but needs to work on his speed. ;D (Can you fly super G?) They wreaked Havoc!! Oh ya also, it looked like Eric Furness is eating coal, 6 meals a day, feeding the fire! Anyone smell venison cooking??? |

Speed ?? this coming from a man that was wearing womens sunglasses on the way to and from the tourny not sure but i think Jason is finally starting to come out of the closet lmao, Mark thankyou for the kind words gives me that much more incentive to train harder and work more on the power aspect of it , apparently jason will be gettin a taste of "SPEED" on tuesdays practice ya slack ass lol ......by the way Jason did you ever get that video uploaded on your puter ?? hehe like im gonna get to see it now that i let the cat out of the bag about the womens sunglasses eh hehe .......to all the competetors that showed up thankyou for being there to support not only Mark but the sport itself good job to all that where there including refs and spectators . |

Mark great turny.Had a awsome day some great pulling in with a win against Dave Mcewan right hand 176 class yes Guy i was heavy but did awsome had Al beat twice but he wins with knowledge. July 11th Guy you will see me lean 154 lb Looking to cook some venison . I am going to crush Joel no questions ask and watch your eyes when i do.What a day thats going to be The fire clean sweep.

dont get me wrong mark was not complaining i pulled well on saturday and a lot of that had to do with advice you gave me at paddyfest (thank you by the way) go in there with a clean head and worry about nothing other then the table maybe next time ill get a few wins
