Hey everyone, I'm new here and really to the sport as well. I would love to try out and compete, I weigh 153... problem is, I don't know where or when - I live in Kitchener. I've been looking around a bit, not to sure how to go about it.

hey Ryan you should get ahold of Mark Zalepa he will set you straight in that area. Hes in london but holds practises in woodstock. As well Tamara is in Kitchener and she could tell you where anything is going on. Good luck and see you at a tourny soon.
