Also about this tournament... it started about 11:00am, it was free to enter, and it was arranged fairly quickly and we had a small window of time to armwrestle because a band was coming on - that's basicly why the left was run the way it was.
Other thoughts... Way to go to Team Penney taking home about a third of the total prize money. Good job done to all the refs too (they were all new and did a good job). Also, newcomer Jamie Miekle pulled well.
Meaningful matches... Guy Windover over Jeremy Johnston - left, Andrew Scott had one win over Jeremy Johnston right, but Jeremy beat Andrew in the final, Laura Cook had two wins in the mens 0-165lb class, Cash McCaw and Jacob Windover went 1-1 vs each other.

I would just like to say thanks to everyone who came out to the tournament today. It was the people who came out that made this a success for me. I was amazed by the way it went and the overall mood of the whole thing. I had little to no notice for this event but when you ask the right people to help out everything goes smooth. This was also my first time reffing. I had fun with it and learned from it as well.
Thanks again to Joe and Rebecca for the help and support....great job.

Great event!!! Tony, Joe and of course Rebecca, thanks for the effort you put forth. Yes Mr. Milne, Penney was there and gave a lesson in humility to us all. Wow. Alot of power. Had a great day and no one was hurt. Kids event was fun as usual.

Nice to meet you too, Nik, and your bro Steffan. You've got a lot a lot of potential in those freaky arms; I expect you'll progress pretty fast under the tutelage of Guy. He's given me great advice. Good to see all the Bucks come all the way out to support Tony, great bunch of guys. Thanks Tony- nice job, buddy. You're now a promoter. Great job on the mic, Joe, as usual, and kudos to Becky for her great organizing.
