Oh snap!! The can opener? Jeez, givin away all your trade secrets?
But, wouldn't Chris have learned (in defeat ;D ) a counter to the can opener?
Will we see the Chris Gobby "Can't opener"?

I voted Gobby.... i think it is getting hard to bet against him. Much respect to Jason, these matches are allways hard to predict. the man who brings more fire in his preparation will be the man, regardless of history. oh, and Chris lives further to the East!! small joke

I love it , the "can't opener" ;D ;D ;D ;D. Chris and I have never pulled, ..ever. Not even after a tournament, any arm. I am excited just to see in just what fashion I will win. I promise I will only take one match with the can opener . ;D, Just to take Windover's cash ;D ;D I mean ,if you can't beat John Milne's left, how good can you actually be? ?? I know Chris can beat some guys with his left ,that I cannot, but I don't think he is used to a puller like me. We will see. Could be alot cheaper to take the family to wonderland!!! I do have a Gobby secret weapon, training system, set up at home This will not be an easy match up for Gobby Oh ya , I am moving to Japan so Devon will love me too! ;D

You are a power puller, and i respect that. You will pull from tough spots and never give up... respect that as well. I will weigh in at 153 that day, giving you a huge weight advantage. That being said... You will NOT top roll me, outpower me or out endure me. I will win 3-0. And all those who voted against me... dont worry, you cant go to jail for bad judgement.

This could be a very interesting match. If Jason shows up in the shape he was in at this year's Central Ontario Championships, he will be tough to beat.

6 votes for Jason, 6 votes for Chris! Someone vote and break this tie! Who wins this supermatch November 22nd? ? What will prevail - the can opener, or the can't opener?

I think the power is very similar with these guys. I might even give a slight edge to Mr. Manjin in that department... but not significant IMO. Jason's transitions are quick and may be difficult for Chris to control. If Chris can get the match to his side of the table and not get opened up, I dont think Jason's flop wrist press will be effective. However, if the match is stalled in the center of the table with Chris open then it could be a pin for Jason. Chris is always thinking and adjusts his training according to his next opponent. I do not know Jason enough to know about how he trains but I'm sure he will come ready as well. This one could very well be a war... or it could just go down in 3 straight. It's very hard to predict. Who is more prepared? ... and more directly (and most likely will be the determining factor)... Who is the stronger man?

out to lunch?... We shall see. This supermatch in intriging to me... mainly because every supermatch i ever had, i ve pulled that opponent before, so i had an idea what to expect. With Jason i dont have much to go on, except video and my own judgement. I beleive i can get what i want... the variable, i beleive will be the level of his side pressure and his bicept stamina. Both of which again, i have never felt. He is a grinder... much like myself. And losing to him would not discourage me in the least. He very well might be stronger than me, but i dont beleive he posseses the tools to take my strength out of the equation... Therefore the road to victory for him will have to go through my bicept. A road that not many have found success.... But then again... i ve been wrong before. Eithor way, it will be exciting for us, and the spectators.
