Well I am sooooo glad thats over with. I lost much weight in stress alone!! I realize mistakes were made and things may have been done different in many ways to make it more efficient and better run, BUT all in all I think it went magnificantly!!

Inthehook.com for live streaming this event and taping it!! If you were wondering why we ran a single table for soooo long, it was to try and give viewers a chance to watch. They could only stream one table and that was table one. Also they were only taping one table so we chose to try and get as much on that one as possible. Thank you Jerry and John for your amazing technology!!

Thanks to the Junction for allowing us the use of the venue. I do believe it was second to none, and this is what I heard yesterday.
Most of all I would like to Thank my wife Cindy. She is truly gracious, tolerating my passion for this great sport and not only supporting but helping as well.
All in all I think it was a great day with some great matches. It was awesome to see such support from the armwrestling community, Conrad "No Retire" Rousselle, George Gottschalk, to name a couple of havent seen in a while. Masterangelo, showed he is here to stay and tore up the scene.
George and Anatoly was to me personally the highlight. A 4 MINUTE MATCH!!!!!!!!!!! We all know George is incredible, but Anatoly still scares the shit out of me!
My brain is mush at the moment but I am happy to say I think it went over pretty well. Thank you all for blessing us with your presence and I hope you all had as much fun as I did.
If I have forgotten anyone, please forgive me and know that I do appreciate your attention and services. To the Buckhorn Arms group, thanks for your help, Ryan and Andrew for coming eary to set up, and Ryan for sticking around after to help out. You guys are true friends. Jacob is still the bomb!!!

High calibre pullers in all divisions and good representation from all of Ontario it seemed. Cool trophies and the venue was great.

Anatoly vs George was worthy of the beautiful match of the day trophies.

Great tourney Guy. The venue was nice and the competition was awesome. It's nice to see pullers from all over come to one event.

It was nice to be reffing George vs. Anatoly but I'd rather be watching it instead. That match was incredible and hopefully will be online soon. I may see if we can load that match with it's own link as well. That match deserves to be seen by many people.

Excellent tournament Guy, I had a blast. The venue was awesome and my son loves his new trophies ;D It should also be mentioned that the number of entries (101 in the open, plus 25 in the novice, right?) was very impressive for a regular circuit tournament. I think this is both because people want to support Buckhorn Arms and also because geographically, Peterborough seems to be within a reasonable driving distance for most of Ontario's armwrestlers. I look forward to coming back next year. Also, I can't thank you and Jacob enough for helping me get my car started.

Congrats to Guy and everyone else that made this event run so smooth, the bar has definitely been raised! The venue, tables, reffing, trophies, high level of competitors and the live stream made this an amazing tournament.

Great tournament! Thanks Guy and company for putting on the event. The awards were unique and the venue was perfect.

Some highlights for me:

Seeing what Aslan could do against some of Ontario’s best pullers. The final left hand match between him and Dan was amazing!

Shea looked great in the 176 class, with a dominant performance.

The 198 right hand class was as tough, if not tougher, than the 198 class at most nationals! Anatoly, Brian, George, Kyle, etc.. WOW! Anatoly looked like a machine -- his match with George was one to remember.

Bill Cameron really impressed me with his right hand. Recent tournament results showed that he was doing well, but this was the first time I had a chance to meet him and experience his strength first-hand. With a bit more experience, he will become a lethal puller.

It was good to see Conrad and George G come out of semi-retirement and pull well.

It was interesting to see the Gould brothers and Rick H battle it out for the top three spots in the heavyweight division. Things didn’t go like I expected them to, which will make rankings revisions difficult.

Laura looked great as usual. Although she may not be able to beat Chantal just yet, I think she’s getting close.

Some of the pullers in the novice classes showed a lot of natural talent, in particular Jonathan Quirt, Shaun Jensen, Janek Kwais, and Dereck Farr. Hopefully the novice pullers have caught the armwrestling bug and will keep competing.

The live tournament feed is a great new addition to InTheHook’s stable of services. It was particularly fun to participate in the live chat.

This was a successful kick off to 2010 for Ontario armwrestling. I’m looking forward to more great tournaments this year.
