On that note, maybe I'll be working on my hit.. or maybe straps.. or maybe working a ref's grip... or maybe just control... hmm.. I guess I'll just have to feel it out and take the path of least resistance that doesn't involve my arm going down ;D

LMAO as i have come to learn Joh you can study someone as much as ou want but you this game we call armwrestling has a mixed bag of tricks everytime you meet that person or people at the table yeh.....and the underdog thing yeh that sux i even voted for you to keep me as the underdog lol i have bin studing SJL and i have his training down pat doritos and i soft comfy couch i have mastered his training and believe im ready to take one step closer to that shiney belt you want so much John !
