I think the poles are a bit off, I train with John regularly and Some people are going to be surprised. John has what it takes and will more than likely succeed! It will be a great match up! but in my opinion John has this!

I have heard the speed of Buff might be an issue for John. I am no expert on match up's or Armwrestling but in my opinion I just think John is ready for whatever match up comes his way. Looks to me like all his hard work and attention to detail is paying off
John gets the Big Pimpin seal of approval on this one even though I would like to see Buff have a shot at the belt.
