I have heard Don say he has to see how the financial side is before he commit to the tourney. It'd be great if we could somehow get him here cheaply. Maybe take up a donation idea, I'd put a little bit of my own to get him here.

Why would Don come to Mikes, when he knows he will get his ass kicked!! As well he is sitting pretty right know. I bet he will not come. Although it would be great to see Devon totally dominate Don after the bull shit pin at the Arnold's Don't get me wrong Don is a great puller but I think this win is a bit premature!!

If we can get Don here and he is in for a super match iam all for it. But i would still like to see him here and just pull in the tourny. I think in tournement format and you throw Don in the mix with All the other competitors and the excitment level will rise. There is no doubt in my mind that in a best of 5 Dev will dominate. But i think in a tourny format with all the big dogs its any ones game and i think thats what everyone wants to see. You put the 20 best in this class it would be nice to see who takes the very prestigeous Top spot.

Present day, the whole world is in agreeance, Devon is the best supermatch puller in the world. Is he the best tournament puller in the world?
JMO, unify the title Dev!
The margin for error is much smaller in a tournament, than in supermatch.
Also, I would still bet on Dev vs the rest of the field at the MGC!

I would love to see this match happen! I hope Don takes the challenge and any others who would like to pull at that level to come to the MGC tournament. I think there is a big difference as everyone says between tournaments and super matches. I just posted this comment ( below ) after watching the video again.... and think it would be so helpful to the sport to try and impliment when and where we can. As for this not to happen again. Having the outcome of a match that big, souly in the hands of a referee that could make a mistake? It affects the outcome for everyone not only the ones pulling! I don't want people to think this is an attack against referees because it is not. It is just a way to help them in the sport. There are many clinics and courses offered now to further the experience of new and season referees. Which i will be a part of when the time is right.
I have a problem with this ( the video of the pin )......... not to take anything away from Don Underwood he did very well and is super strong to even put Devon in those spots. My issue is that this was called a pin....... It is very hard to get any recognition in this sport and if this happens it just makes things harder..........To have it happen at a top tournament is very disappointing. I know people make mistakes but to chalk this up to that everytime is just a cop out. A clitche! thats not what this sport needs ! We do not have the support to inforce video replay like many other professional sports to over rule a called pin or just to comfirm a foul. Maybe something to consider for these top tournaments and super matches if the sport is to gain any kind of recognition it truely deserves. I am new to the game and unfortunately my opinion doesn't mean to much but more people should talk not just because of this match but the others that have happened before and ones to happen in the future. Congratulations to Don Underwood, Ryan Espey and Devon Larratt for the heavyweight placing and all those who took part in the Arnold Fitness Expo over the weekend.
